2. Service Description

Councly.ai provides AI-powered council deliberation services, where multiple AI models debate and produce a consolidated verdict with a trust score. The Service is provided "as is" for informational purposes only.

3. Disclaimer of Advice

IMPORTANT: Councly provides AI-generated insights for informational purposes only. The Service is NOT intended for:

• Medical advice or diagnosis
• Legal advice or representation
• Financial advice or investment recommendations
• Regulated professional advice

Always verify critical decisions with qualified professionals.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and API keys. Councly.ai is not liable for any loss or damage from unauthorized access to your account.

5. Billing and Credits

• Hosted mode requires a minimum deposit of 500 credits (equivalent to $5.00 USD)
• Credits are non-refundable (MVP phase)
• Conversion rate: 100 credits = $1.00 USD (1 credit = $0.01 USD)
• Credits never expire
• Platform fee: 15% on hosted model usage

6. Data Retention

Hearing data is retained for 90 days by default. Users can opt-out via the "Do Not Store" option. Share links expire after 30 days.

7. Limitation of Liability

Councly.ai is provided on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the Service, including but not limited to AI model errors, data loss, or service interruptions.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts at our discretion for violations of these Terms or misuse of the Service.
